OREDER PROCESSING TIME
Each piece of our lingerie is meticulously handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to craft your order before it is shipped.
Pieces that are in stock will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use DHL Express for all domestic and international shipping.
We offer worldwide free shipping for all orders over $200.
If your order is under $200, you will be charged an additional cost for shipping to your location. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location but it's usually 3-9 days.
TAX AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Each country has its own import tax laws.
It is the customers responsibility to pay any import tax and/or duties that may get charged upon delivery.
PACKAGING
Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging. As with our lingerie, we aim to use natural, biodegradable materials. Your order will be delicately packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable packaging, reflecting our dedication to reducing environmental impact.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At 12 Peacocks, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your lingerie, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds/exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any returns/exchanges after this period expired.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel like knickers and thongs that have been removed from its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning an item that they changed their mind on.

REFUND PROCEDURE
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
If the returned items meet our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please notify us at info@12peacocks.com start the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or faulty items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@12peacocks.com immediately upon receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect.
We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange for damaged or defective items.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
